Your main responsibilities will be: 0;a0;
- Lead the development of off-board charging equipment for electric and hybrid vehicles, ensuring seamless integration with vehicle systems.
- Manage change and release planning for on-board and off-board charging components, with a focus on in-cable control and protection devices.
- Collaborate with feature owners to deliver and sign off on hardware and software components.
- Oversee the release, validation, and sign-off of on-board charging datasets and coding, adhering to established processes.
- Own and execute the testing, validation, and confirmation of all charging systems, ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Communicate project updates and current statuses to senior management, acting as a key liaison.

QualificationsExperience, skills and qualifications required: 0;a0;
- Proven expertise in automotive electrical systems, with a focus on electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) charging systems.
- Strong understanding of the release process for automotive components.
- Proficiency in using Vector Tools (e.g., CANoe, CANape) and data acquisition protocols such as CAN, LIN, and FlexRay.
- Hands-on experience in testing, validation, and report creation for electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
- Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
